The Pie and Cake Story

In 2012, Pie and Cake was established to provide made from scratch, high quality desserts that bring joy to those we love. A passion project, Pie and Cake began with the dream to share the delicious flavors of our sweet creations with the RGV and local community.

Since opening in 2012, Pie and Cake has become a local community landmark for delicious, made to order desserts. Pie and Cake remains committed to providing the RGV and local community with quality interpretations of classic desserts and pastries for many years to come.

Our cake shop is located inside the Bamboo Plaza in Brownsville, Texas and its interior reflects the warm feelings of family and friends.
